When is the last day I can register?

For most of our events, registration ends 3 days before the first day of the tournament. Be sure to register early due to the limit of spaces for many of our divisions. Monitor our social media accounts to stay up to date.

What is your refund policy?

REFUND POLICY
Open date to one (1) week prior to a Summer or Season Championship date:
Full refund minus $90.00 USD administrative fee regardless of reason.

Open date to one (1) week prior to a Regular Season Event date:

Full refund minus $50.00 USD administrative fee regardless of reason.

Withdraw during the week of the Championship date, late arrival, no-show:

NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON.
